All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of order. All prices quoted are inclusive of 25% VAT. When you shop with hallaudio.com, agreements are made in Danish.

When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation via the email address you have provided. We will also send you an email when your items have been shipped. Return

The condition of the goods when you return them. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase price, depending on the commercial value of the item. Complaints

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules on defects may apply to the purchase of goods. When you shop at HALL AUDIO's webshop, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not occurred as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How fast should I advertise?

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. We refund reasonable shipping costs If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
